PLEASE REVIEW OUR CANCELLATION POLICY: Our clinic has a firm cancellation policy requiring a minimum of 48hrs notice of cancellation for any appointment. There are no exceptions to this policy, even if you are sick.

All cancellations (or reschedules) within 48hrs if the scheduled appointment start time will be charged 50% of the appointment fee, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

All cancellations (or reschedules) within 24hrs of the scheduled appointment start time will be charged 100% of the appointment fee, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

This policy follows industry standards and is firmly enforced in the best interest of our practitioners, to support and protect their livelihood.
