Reiki is a combination of deep intention, light touch and above-the-body energy therapy. The process of moving stagnant energy works with the life force within each being, this directly affects our physical, mental, and emotional well-being. When the energy in our body flows freely, we tend to feel more in balance and in alignment. When we run into blockages, oftentimes being caused by negative thinking, unhealed trauma, and/or an overload of stress, we can feel a sense of dis-ease and discomfort. After a 60 minute session, you may find you feel an increase in energy levels, a higher sense of relaxation and wellbeing, as well as emotional realignment. A combination of crystals and aromatherapy is also used to heighten the hands-on healing experience. Reiki sessions are done on a massage table, fully clothed. We recommend you wear something that makes you feel most comfortable to make your experience as relaxing as possible.
